| I like to take my time with my commissions. I always try to get them done as soon as possible, but I don’t work with a set amount of time when drawing. Please be mindful that commissions further in the queue will take longer to get started and finished. You can always check your commission status on my queue page, and just keep in mind I work full-time when working your commissions. |
| If you're commissioning art of someone else's character(s), please make sure that it's something the owner is ok with. |
| If you need your commission done by a certain date, please make that clear in your request. Tight deadlines will have an additional fee and will require reliable response time from the commissioner. |
| Images are sent in png format and in high resolution. As they’re digital art commissions, no physical goods will be sent to the commissioner. I will also offer sending your commission via email, to ensure quality and pixels stay in high resolution. |
| I might post the commissions I’ve done, so if you don’t want your commission to be posted online, please let me know beforehand when filling your form! (the copies posted will be watermarked and smaller in size). |
| Please be aware that personal art may happen between commissions. |
| If you wish to cancel your commission and get a refund, contact me as soon as possible. If the work is past sketch stage, only 50% of what was paid will be refunded. |
